*Makes 17 medium cookies*
Trust me when I say, these cookies are amazing! Soft and chewy, they are delicious. It’s easy to make whatever combinations you like, I made a funfetti version with my cousins, which had chocolate chips, flavoured sprinkles and marshmallows, which were a bit over the top for me, but the kids love ’em. You can make so many different combinations, dark chocolate and orange, macadamia nut and white chocolate, chocolate dipped are just a few of the combinations I want to try.
125g butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tblsp Sweetened condesed milk
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 1/2 Plain flour
1 tsp Baking powder
3/4 cup Chocolate chips (or whatever filling you are using)
Cream butter, sugar, condensed milk and vanilla until light and fluffy. Sift flour and baking powder together. Mix sifted dry ingredients and chocolate chips in creamed mixture. Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls. Place on greased oven tray and flatted with a floured fork. Bake at 180.C for 20minutes.

Make sure not to put to many fillings in the mixture else it wont hold together so well.
