1/2 cup flour
1/2-3/4 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp mixed spice
75g butter, cubed
3 cups chopped fruit
Mix flour, oats, sugar and spice together in a large bowl. Rub butter into the mixture with fingers until butter is evenly crumbled through the dry ingredients. Place fruit into a greased oven dish. Mix 1/4 of the crumble mixture through the fruit. Top with remaining crumble mixture. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, until lightly browned.
Serve warm with milk, custard, ice cream or whipped cream (or all of them, I’m not judging)

A really nice recipe that’s perfect for a cold evening. Incredibly easy and scrumptious! A good way to put all your slightly squishy fruit to good use.
