Chocolate, Banana and Peanut Butter milkshake

Would you believe me if I told you this milkshake is so healthy you could call it a smoothie?

Well it is.

And super delicious!

Chocolate, Banana and Peanut butter milk shake

makes one glass

1 ripe banana

1 heaped tsp Peanut butter

1 tsp Cocoa

1/2 tsp Sugar

3/4 cup Milk

(now, if you want to be extra healthy)

1 tsp LSA

1 tsp Flax seed oil

1 tsp Wheat germ

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
